Changing companies to be less about ads and more about acts.

I try to change companies to be more about acts and less about ads. By inspiring them through workshops and presentations. Through planning and strategies. And I help support this change through communication and colleague engagement. Not for the duration of a campaign. Not because digital, digital transformation or the gimmick-of-the-day is cool. But permanently.

You experience more when you travel with an open mind.

The Japanese habit of omakase (お任せ) when you’re ordering at a restaurant pretty much means, “I’ll leave it up to you”, inviting the chef to be surprising and innovative in the selection of dishes. I try to apply the idea behind to everything between how I plan my holidays, how I pick my runs, how I pick my food, how I explore cities and how I travel in general.

And as I travel 200+ nights per year for both business and leisure (mostly hiking), that’s a lot. This is my notebook

If you are interested in hiking and holidays in Europe please have a look at the following pages. You will find details for instance about hiking routes in the French Pyrenees (hills and high mountains), information about the medieval city of Mirepoix, Carcassonne, Foix, the caves of Niaux and Lombrives, detailed hiking routes in and near the Gorge du Verdon and do you know the hiking route ‘Het Pieterpad’ from the south to the north of Holland?
